AUDITIONS!!
Casting for John Faustus and the Overclocked Death Drive, a new, high-tech adaptation of Marlowe’s Faustus. The show will rehearse late November through December and run in January for four weeks. Auditions will be held Sunday, November 14th from 10:00am- Noon and Thursday, November 18th from Noon-6pm.
Mephistophilis: a devious, sexy demon. She is a classy, well-dressed power woman with a sharp undertone. Interested in seeing women with strong and commanding stage presence. Must have a strong sense of classical text. Audition also open to drag performers, please come dressed as a woman. All ethnicities encouraged. Basic computer / smartphone familiarity required. Please prepare a 1 minute classical monologue, and 32 bars of pop music to sing without accompaniment.
Ensemble: Seeking stylish actors and improvisers in their 20s with a strong sense of play and comedic timing. Ensemble will play a variety of roles including Lucifer, the President, the Pope, zombie Grace Kelly, others. Physical and vocal versatility required. Basic computer / smartphone familiarity required. Physical theater / clowning background a plus. Please prepare a 1 minute comedic monologue.
